Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, and American Express. We also accept: PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world and we offer FREE shipping on most items in our store.
How long will delivery take?
Some countries are faster than others. It depends on where you are located and how far you are from our logistic partners’ warehouse. Covid may affect shipping times to certain locations. It takes around 3 to 5 days for us to process your order for shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 to 72 hrs for the link to show any information. The tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way once it has left the warehouse.
Please allow up to 5 days for shipping information to show up as tracking information is only updated when the package gets through parcel point hubs. This also means that if the tracker does not update daily the package is still on its way to you.
If you find yourself in the situation where you want to cancel the order, please let us know – contact our customer support – within 24 hours. Otherwise there is a possibility the order gets to be processed and shipped.
Unfortunately, we do not have physical shops yet, we are an online shop only.
Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?
Based on the information we were given by our shipping partners, the most likely case is the custom fee & duty will be avoided in the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, countries in the European Union, Norway, Japan, Korea, and Singapore. Anywhere else, we have to check with our shipping agent. We try our best to help you minimize custom fees and taxes but sometimes there are unlucky packages.
